smitten photography is the freshest face in albany, ga photography. smitten is a two person team made up of amber humphries and greta reynolds. we shoot on-location and offer a casual, fresh, fun point of view. we enjoy working with clients who cherish memories and enjoy stepping "out of the box." we live to capture your memories in a way that injects personality and life into each photograph. we are fun people and offer a relaxed, fun, comfortable portrait experience. we believe that we have something to offer that no one else does...us. our personality, our point of view, our style. we feel that we offer a unique blend of trend and class. we are passionate about your photographs. these are your memories. weddings: smitten caters to the fun, non-traditional bride who enjoys a candid, more personal touch to capture their wedding memories. we try to view each wedding as an opportunity to stretch and be more creative. we love not just observing, but being a part of your wedding experience. in case you want to know about us: amber: amber is the business end and second photographer. always making lists, organizing and planning, she makes things happen. being the outspoken, spunky one that she is, amber is who you will probably be talking to if you have questions. she is also the writer for our custom storybooks. not being in the photography business long, amber enjoys learning and experimenting as the second shooter. not only does it allow her to play with other angles and capture little side moments, it allows smitten to offer two separate feels, as amber shoots purely with natural light. amber is married to the love of her life, jared humphries. they are both musicians and ministers, and work and serve at connections.church in the music and youth department. greta: greta is the backbone of the smitten photography vision. an amazing talent and careful eye make greta the perfect fit as the main photographer. she is completing her BFA with an emphasis on photography. greta has worked in the area for years as a portrait photographer. she formerly worked under the name tigerlily photography. greta has an amazing connection with children, and makes everyone around her comfortable and relaxed. she has a drive for perfection and an eagerness to push and learn new things that makes her a photographer to watch out for. greta is a mother to two of the most wonderful children in the world, phoenix and lark. she is married to an equally fantastic husband, zack. both: we are the yin to each other's yang. the cheese to each other's macaroni. one's weakness is the other's strength, and vice versa. we are the perfect team, not only business partners, but great friends. we were smitten with each other, smitten with this business, and we can only hope you'll be smitten too.
