brooke&steve: married! part 1.

as i realized this blog was reaching khush and jay proportions… i decided i better split it up into a two-parter!:)  if i had to pick just ONE word to describe brooke’s wedding, it would be… elegant.  everything was elegant. the decor, the ceremony, the food, and mostly brooke!  it was clear that a lot of time and love was put into the 1.4million details for the wedding!  and it was beautiful.  brooke and steve, we wish you all the best!

we started off the day getting ready at the burt’s place, where there was an epic amount of food, many bulldogs, and yummy champagne-punch!:)

brooke’s shoes…. ohhhhh the shoes….

brooke, getting her hair done…

LOVE the next one!

brooke’s dad documenting the day…

time for the first look!

bang a gong ya’ll

before the ceremony, there was a cocktail hour, where there were many framed vintage prints of couples, pretty sure it was members of the family. so cool!

the ceremony took place on the golf course at river pointe.  the guests were driven by golf cart to where the ceremony took place.  all along the path were signs and lanterns and other little details fitting in with the “love is in the air” theme. so awesome!

here comes the bride! and she’s looking gorgeous!

married!

My Dress didn’t make the best of 2009. But it’s the same gown the bride wore in The Hangover. That is soooooo crazy. I’m glad that movie is HILARIOUS.
